For domestic orders, you may exchange or return certain items within 14 business days of the delivery date. Returned items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Once we receive the item we will determine if the product is eligible for return. Please check product descriptions and details before purchasing.
Returns and exchanges shipping will be paid by customer. Exchanged items must be equal or higher value. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or uninsured packages. Be advised that once the product has been shipped, we do not refund shipping costs. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return or exchange after we receive it.
Custom orders, engagement rings, engraved, and discount items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or resizing requests for international orders.
All purchases from Serenity Jewelry LA will come with a 30 days warranty for normal wear damages. Customer must contact us within 30 days of receiving the product for any repairs from normal wear damages. If damage was intentional or any parts are missing then the warranty is excluded. Customer will need to send back the product as well as pay for all shipping fees. Once we receive the repair, we will contact the customer for an estimated repair time. Normally most repairs can be done in 2-3 business days. Once finished, we will contact the customer and ship the repaired item back. Normal domestic shipping takes 2-3 business days and international will take 6-10 business days. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages if it’s not insured.
Jewelry is delicate and fragile, and applying shocks or excessive force may cause damage. Additionally, many products with gemstones such as diamonds are designed with small prongs securing the stones in place. If the prongs catch on fibers from clothing or towels, they may lift, leading to the gemstone potentially becoming loose. We kindly ask for your careful handling to prevent such occurrences.
We will package your order in the most economical way to reduce waste. Please contact us if you would like each product packaged individually and gift wrapped.
For purchases over $300, we include a SERNITY JEWELRY LA original pouch as a gift.
If the item is in stock, it will be packaged and shipped within 2-3 business days. If the item is not in stock, we will contact you and production will take 1-3 weeks. Shipping Monday through Friday only. USPS Priority shipping for all domestic orders and First Class or Priority shipping for all international orders. Domestic shipping typically takes 1-3 business days. International shipping typically takes 7-21 days. Once your item is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking if applicable.
